Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 12th standard, Diploma in nursing & Midwifery/ B.Sc (Nursing)/ Nursing ‘A’ certificate with 3 years experience in hospital/ Nursing Assistant Class-III with valid registration as Nurse from the Central/ State Nursing Council.

7. Complete the log in details if already registerd candidates.
8. Fill all the details carefully & submit form.
9. Take printout of online application for future use.
