Age Limit: Candidates age should be up to 62 years for S.No-01 to 7, 11, 12, 21, 22 & 43 years for S.No-09, 10, 13 to 19. Age Relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS Degree, registered with Medical Council of India (MCI)/ Assam Medical Council for S.No-01, MD/ DNB (Gynecology & Obstetrics) for S.No-02, MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Pediatrics & registered with Assam Medical Council for S.No-03, MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing graduate for S.No-04, Master’s Degree in Management  Sciences/ Health Management, Knowledge of logistics/ Statistics, Social Work and human resource for S.No-05, Post Graduate Degree in Sociology/ Social Work/ Home Science/ Women Studies/ Public Health for S.No-06, MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology for S.No-07 & with relevant experience.
