Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-65 for post 5, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 21-60 years for post 19, 20, 21-35 years for post 21, 25-45 years for post 30. For more information refer notification.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Minimum P.G. degree and register under Medical council for post 1, 2, 3, Minimum General Nursing-cum-Midwifery (GNM) course from recognized institution for post 4, Minimum ANM/ Female Health Worker course from recognized institution by Indian Nursing Council/ APNC for post 5, MBBS/ BDS/ Bachelor in Indian Medicine for post 6.
